Architecture

Chose one architecture instead of two: Forge is a standalone app on a local store, and backend access goes through tracker bridges using the same protocol for NRNS, Jira, Linear and GitHub Issues.

Used the NRNS bridge as the reference implementation and end-to-end test backbone, so the protocol uses opaque identifiers and named statuses rather than any one tracker's concepts.

Desktop, Web & Mobile

Built the Tauri desktop shell, web client and mobile client against the runner's typed SDK, keeping business-critical logic Rust-side and the web layer to presentation.

Design

Designed the interface and component system with Tailwind, shadcn and Radix, including per-project settings surfaces and inline previews.
