Contributed to the development and optimization of Memmo.me, a high-traffic web platform that allows users to order personalized video greetings from celebrities, influencers, and athletes. The project operated in a fast-paced startup environment, where scalability, reliability, and user experience were critical to supporting rapid business growth.

Working closely with the product and design teams, I built and enhanced core features using Next.js, React and Express.js, focusing on performance, maintainability, and scalability. My contributions included developing new user-facing functionalities, optimizing existing workflows, and resolving production issues to ensure uninterrupted service during peak traffic periods.

I also implemented comprehensive usage tracking and third-party integrations (e.g., analytics, payment systems, and email services) that improved platform observability, engagement metrics, and overall reliability. Through proactive monitoring and iterative optimization, I helped ensure the platform delivered a seamless experience for both customers and talent, from browsing to booking and video delivery.
